The Bohol Coconuts Baseball and Softball Club is issuing a unique call to dedicated baseball instructors: join our 2026 Volunteer Abroad Program as a Pitching Coach and become the cornerstone of our mission to develop elite collegiate, national team, and minor league prospects in the Philippines.
We are seeking experienced volunteer pitching coaches with a deep passion for teaching mechanics, mentality, and mastery. This is an immersive opportunity for those willing to relocate overseas for 1-3 months to train talented Filipino boys within our intensive system, which delivers 250 days annually of structured training and competition.
Your Role: Building a Legacy from the Mound
As a vital part of our staff, you will directly shape the future of baseball on the island. Your responsibilities will include:
• Directing practice sessions, camps, and our comprehensive youth league games and tournaments.
• Mentoring local coach trainees, umpires, and scorekeepers to build a sustainable baseball ecosystem.
• Identifying and nurturing talent for our elite All-Star program, providing a pathway for top players to compete nationally and internationally.
