Lerma is the engine. As General Manager, she oversees the day-to-day operations, logistics, and community relations of the club.
A former Arellano University student, Lerma is a respected figure in the local community and political landscape. She is currently serving her second term on the Cambanac Barangay Council, providing the club with essential ties to local government and community leadership.
Her entrepreneurial spirit is well-proven; she has owned and managed successful eateries in both Manila and Bohol and is the co-owner of the “Move 2 Bohol” website, a resource for expats and locals alike.
Lerma is also a dedicated “Sports Mom” who understands the pathway to success: her daughter, Hali, is currently pursuing her Psychology degree in Manila, and her son, SJ, is a collegiate athlete playing NCAA basketball in Manila.

A lifelong resident and trusted public servant, Diosdado is a long-time employee of the Municipality of Baclayon. His decades of experience in local government and his status as a small business owner make him the ultimate connector for our organization.
Retiring this year from municipal service, Doodz has chosen to dedicate his next chapter to the youth of Bohol. He manages our volunteer network and membership drives, ensuring that every child in the province has the opportunity to hold a bat and a glove.
