As a Founder, you receive a 40% share of the net revenue generated specifically by your named room. While we do not project exact annual earnings—as hospitality is a dynamic industry—we believe in absolute operational transparency. We want our investors to understand exactly how we intend to drive traffic, maximize occupancy, and generate yield for your asset while funding the compound’s daily mission.
This is not a passive “wait and see” bed and breakfast. We are actively programming the compound to be a year-round destination for international athletes, volunteers, and corporate partners.

We will host a specialized, one-month Winter Ball season catering directly to European and international players looking for a warm-weather training destination. Your suites will house these athletes as they train on our major-league-quality dirt.

During the summer months, the compound will serve as the premier destination for US college baseball and softball coaches, as well as student-athletes. They will stay in the Founders’ suites while volunteering their time to run clinics and mentor our local Bohol youth.

As the premier baseball facility on the island, we will host high-draw youth tournaments. Your suites will be the first choice for visiting coaches, scouts, and parents who want the convenience of staying directly on the compound overlooking the field.
