A legacy is built in the physical world, but it is amplified on the global stage. At the Coconuts Performance Center, we are not just constructing an elite sports compound; we are also documenting the entire journey from breaking ground to the first pitch.
To capture the magnitude of what we are building, our college-age production team will be filming a 60-episode, YouTube reality docuseries that will chronicle the rise of the compound, the stories of our local athletes, and the visionaries who made it possible.
Because our ground-floor Founders are the true engine behind this project, they will be stepping out of the boardroom and in front of the camera.
The Spotlight: Episodes 2 through 8
We are dedicating significant screen time to ensure the world knows exactly who is standing behind the youth of Bohol.
Because there are only 7 exclusive Bed & Breakfast suites available in the Founders Club, we have structured the series so that Episodes 2 through 8 will each feature a dedicated, three-minute cinematic profile on a single Founder.
These high-production segments will highlight:
Your Background: A look at your Texas roots, your business success, and your personal story.
The Motivation: A deep dive into why you chose to allocate your capital and influence to the Coconuts ecosystem.
The Unveiling: Footage of your custom-designed suite, complete with your permanently engraved teak door plaque and framed legacy artwork.
This isn’t just a shoutout; it is a professionally produced, shareable piece of media that immortalizes your family or company’s philanthropic footprint.
The Culmination: The December 2026 Retreat Episode
While the individual profiles will roll out over the course of the season, the cameras will capture the ultimate payoff at the end of the year.
An entire, full-length episode of the docuseries will be dedicated exclusively to the First Annual Founders Retreat in December 2026. Our film crews will be on the ground to capture the exact moment our Founders arrive on the island to see their physical assets for the first time.
The episode will also feature exclusive footage of the VVIP island-hopping tours, the community-wide BBQ, the Awards Banquet, and our investors sitting in the stands watching the All-Star Tournament.

Once the final room is claimed and the Design Studio deposits are finalized, our production schedule will be locked, and the casting for the docuseries will be permanently closed.
