The Bohol Coconuts Baseball and Softball Club has officially released the architectural blueprint for the compound’s integrated Bed & Breakfast. With this release comes a rare opportunity for ground-floor stakeholders: permanent naming rights to the facility’s seven premium eco-lodge suites.
Unlike traditional sports sponsorships that expire at the end of a season or fade over time, the Coconuts Naming Rights program is designed to anchor a family or corporate legacy for a decade into the foundation of the island’s premier baseball academy.
The Physical Asset: What Naming Rights Entail
Securing a suite at the Coconuts Performance Center goes far beyond a standard donation. It is an exercise in psychological and physical ownership of the compound. Stakeholders who claim a room are granted complete authority over its identity and aesthetic.
The Naming Rights package includes:
Permanent Teak Engraving: Your family surname, company title, or chosen dedication will be laser-engraved onto a custom, heavy-timber teak wood plaque, permanently mounted on the door of your specific suite (e.g., “The Smith Family Suite” or “Texas Pure Minerals Room”).
The Founders’ Design Studio Access: Room sponsors do not get a generic hotel layout. Stakeholders are granted access to a private portal to dictate the interior design of their specific suite—selecting the flooring foundation, the color palette, and the furniture packages.
Curated Visual Legacy: Sponsors are invited to submit a high-resolution family photograph, corporate logo, or favorite baseball memory, which our team will have professionally framed and permanently mounted inside the suite as the room’s centerpiece.
A Compound Built on Community Impact
The Bed & Breakfast is not merely a hospitality venture; it is the lifeblood of the Coconuts ecosystem.
The suites overlook a dirt infield where local youth are trained and mentored. By placing your name on one of these doors, you are visibly declaring your commitment to our mission of developing elite teenage baseball prospects. Guests traveling from around the world to stay at the compound will walk past your family’s name, knowing exactly who helped lay the groundwork for the academy and the daily soup kitchen.
“We aren’t just building a baseball field; we are building a legacy. We want the people who believed in this vision from day one to have their names etched directly into the architecture.”
Because the Coconuts Performance Center is a physical, geographically bound compound, this opportunity is inherently limited.
There are only seven B&B suites available for custom naming rights on the property. Once these specific physical units are claimed by our network of Texas believers and early investors, the ground floor of the Founders Club will be permanently closed.
For stakeholders ready to plant their flag in Bohol, the private Design Studio is currently open to accept room configurations and naming request
