The Founders Club: 10-Year Revenue Share Projections

As a member of the Founders Club, you are not just funding an elite baseball and softball academy—you are securing a high-yield, passive asset in a premium tropical sports-tourism destination.

We operate on a straightforward, transparent 40/60 Revenue Sharing Agreement. For the 10-year lifespan of your agreement, you receive a 40% cut of the gross room revenue generated by your specific suite. The remaining 60% is retained by the Bohol Coconuts to cover all operational costs, maintenance, and directly fund the athletic program.

We do not guarantee fixed returns. Instead, we base our financial models on real-world, conservative occupancy metrics. Below is the 10-year estimated pro forma for each suite tier based on Conservative (30%), Moderate (50%), and Optimal (70%) annual booking rates.

Tier 1: The Single Suite ($8K – $12K Capital Target)
