  • The 40/60 Net Split: At the end of each period, we calculate the Gross Revenue of your suite and deduct standard operating expenses (cleaning staff, utilities, basic room maintenance). The resulting Net Operating Profit (NOP) is then split: 40% is distributed directly to you as passive income.

  • The Ecosystem Engine: The remaining 60% stays in-house to power the compound. Your suite’s 60% directly funds the daily soup kitchen, purchases sports equipment, property maintenance, marketing, and much more. You get a financial return; the kids get a future.

  • Bi-Annual Payouts: No complicated accounting hurdles or lock-up periods. Your 40% distribution is finalized and wired directly to your designated account twice a year.
