What exactly am I securing when I become a Founder?
You are securing one of only 7 exclusive VIP Founders Suites at the Coconuts Performance Center Eco-Lodge. Each suite has a 60/40 revenue-sharing agreement that grants you 40% of the funds generated by your asset. You also get naming rights and can help decorate your suite. More importantly, your buy-in directly funds the construction of the community soup kitchen and the youth baseball academy.
How difficult is it to travel to Bohol from the US?
It is incredibly straightforward. Most investors fly into Manila (MNL) via major international carriers. From there, it is a quick, 90-minute domestic hop directly into Bohol-Panglao International Airport (TAG). Our private transport team, coordinated by General Manager Lerma Moore, will be waiting at the arrivals gate to take you straight to the Eco-Lodge.
Who is managing the daily operations of the Eco-Lodge and Academy?
The entire compound is overseen by our General Manager, Lerma Moore, and our Sports Director, Coach Merv Moore. As a native daughter of Cambanac, Lerma has unparalleled local logistical control. The Coconuts Soup Kitchen will be personally operated by Lerma, while Coach Merv will manage the Eco-Lodge and baseball facilities.
How does the Eco-Lodge interact with the local village of Cambanac?
We are not building a walled-off tourist resort; we are building a community engine. The Eco-Lodge provides the economic resources and the legacy accommodations, while the Soup Kitchen, baseball infield, batting cages, and weight room/clubhouse serve the local youth. Founders get a unique vacation, but they also get the chance to walk downstairs and personally eat a meal with the kids.
What is the projected timeline for construction and opening?
With the land secured and the conceptual master plan finalized, we are currently in the Founder capitalization phase. Once our 7 Founders are locked in, we will break ground on the Phase 1 infrastructure (The Soup Kitchen and Athletic Core), followed immediately by the Eco-Lodge construction. Regular video updates will be provided directly to Founders throughout the entire build process.
