Your franchise isn’t just one team—it’s a complete club system with seven age divisions: Rookie (ages 4-5), Single-A (ages 6-7), Double-A (ages 8-9), Triple-A (ages 10-11), Juniors (ages 12-13), Seniors (ages 14-18), and a Men’s League (ages 16-29).
Build Your Depth Charts: Each division has an A, B, and C team, allowing you to develop 45 players per age group. Identify stars, nurture potential, and teach fundamentals.
Be the GM: Train your players daily. Implement your system. For players 18 and older in the Men’s League, you can even negotiate trades with other franchises, adding a true professional management layer.
The Financial Payoff – The 5% Agent Fee: This is the cornerstone. When a player you develop signs a professional contract with an MLB or NPB (Japan) organization, your franchise earns a 5% agent fee from their signing bonus.
