As a baseball academy owner, you won’t just manage pixels—you’ll shape the careers of real athletes. Your club will operate teams across a complete developmental ladder:
– ROOKIE LEAGUE (Ages 4-5)
– SINGLE A LEAGUE (Ages 6-7)

Each franchise fields three teams per division (A, B, and C), creating a true competitive hierarchy within your own organization. Your “First Division” features your most talented players, the “Second Division” nurtures high-potential prospects, and the “Third Division” focuses on fundamental development for younger or newer players. You will schedule league games against other academies across Bohol, building rivalries and a true baseball ecosystem.
The Ultimate GM Perk: Develop Elite Prospects
The league’s ultimate goal is to develop teenage prospects for MLB and NPB (Japanese League) clubs.
As an academy owner, you will act as the registered agent for the elite teenagers in your club. When your homegrown talent signs a professional contract with an MLB or NPB organization, your club earns a 5% agent fee from the player’s signing bonus. This isn’t fantasy points; it’s real financial return on your investment in development.
Our founder, Coach Merv Moore, is confident in his ability to create a pipeline of elite prospects. However, he needs other well-run academies to develop talented kids to compete against.
Filipino athletes have proven they can compete with Asian baseball powerhouses; with proper coaching and structure, they can become coveted international prospects.
