Your Mission: Drive Growth, Impact, and Sustainability
As Club President, you’ll drive the business engine behind our mission. You’ll:
Expand Our Franchise Network: Lead sales of Bohol Coconuts franchise licenses across Bohol and Cebu.
Cultivate Revenue Streams: Secure corporate sponsorships and manage partnerships that fuel our programs.
Grow Our Global Volunteer Program: Attract and onboard international volunteers who coach, mentor, and support our youth leagues.
Optimize Operations: Streamline systems for finance, marketing, and stakeholder engagement—remotely leading collaboration with our on-ground Bohol team.
Champion Our Brand: Position the Bohol Coconuts as a beacon of innovation in sports-based social impact.
Unmatched Compensation & Perks
We believe in rewarding visionaries who deliver results. Your compensation includes:
High-Impact Commissions (Non-Partner)
20% commission on all secured business sponsorships ($200-$2,000 per sale)
30% commission on all new club franchise sales ($3,600-$9,000 per sale)
High-Impact Commissions (Partner)
30% commission on all new business sponsorships ($300-$3,000 per sale)
50% commission on all new club franchise sales in 2026-27 ($6,000-$15,000 per sale)
Island Immersion Perk:
60 days/year of complimentary room and board at our partner eco-resort on Bohol Island—immerse yourself in the community you serve, recharge on white-sand beaches, and connect with our local team.
Path to Ownership (Optional but Powerful):
Invest $20,000 for a 20% equity stake in the Bohol Coconuts Baseball & Softball Club.
Scale your ownership up to 40% with a maximum investment of $40,000—aligning your success with the club’s long-term growth.
Who You Are
A proven sales and business development leader with a track record in scaling revenue (sports, nonprofit, or franchise experience preferred).
Adept at remote team leadership, financial oversight, and partnership negotiation.
Passionate about sports, youth development, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Self-driven, resilient, and skilled at building trust across diverse stakeholders.
Note: Baseball expertise is a plus—but passion for growth and impact is non-negotiable.
