There are moments in the life of a project when it transforms from a blueprint into a reality. For the Bohol Coconuts Baseball and Softball Club, that moment has arrived.
We are excited to share an exclusive new video featuring a personal walking tour of our future home. In the video below, our General Manager, Lerma Moore, takes you through the raw 2,500 square meter property in Barangay Cambanac, marking the exact spots where the Coconuts Performance Center will soon rise from the ground.
As Lerma walks the land, the vision becomes clear. You’ll see where the seven-room Eco-Lodge will offer a home-base for visiting players and families, and where the batting cages and a combined weight room and clubhouse will stand. You’ll also stand on the ground where our future soup kitchen will operate—the heart of our mission to ensure no young athlete trains on an empty stomach.
A Vision Taking Shape
The progress is no longer just on paper. With the dry season upon us, we are finalizing the last details before breaking ground. As Coach Merv notes, seeing the space physically marked out changes everything.
“When you walk the lot with Lerma and start pacing off where the clubhouse will be and where the kids will eat, it hits you. This isn’t a dream anymore—it’s a construction plan. We are building the home of Bohol Baseball.”
— Coach Merv
The project timeline is set and moving fast:
June: Site preparation and construction officially begin.
August: The soup kitchen and the initial baseball facilities (batting cages) are scheduled to open, allowing us to immediately serve our athletes.
December: The Eco-Lodge is slated for completion, offering a comfortable, sustainable stay for guests and stakeholders.
Why This Matters
This center is the physical embodiment of the ecosystem we set out to build—a place that is as much about community as it is about sport. For Lerma, who is on the ground overseeing every detail, the walkthrough was an emotional milestone.
“Walking this land, I can already see the kids running between bases, the volunteers cooking in the kitchen, and our guests resting in the Eco-Lodge after a day at the beach or the ballfield. This is the foundation we are building for them, literally and figuratively. We are building a home.”
— Lerma Moore, General Manager
You Are Part of This Ground Floor
This progress is exactly what the Founders Club was created to achieve. As we shared when you were invited into this inner circle, we are building a self-sustaining ecosystem, not just a charity. Our Founders are the reason we can break ground in June.
Through your partnership, this raw lot in Barangay Cambanac will become a professional training facility, a lodging house, and a sanctuary for the youth of Bohol.
This is your invitation to watch the vision take shape. Click the video above to walk the property with Lerma and see the future site of the Coconuts Performance Center. Your command center portal remains your direct line to this progress—from customizing your room or suite to tracking your revenue-sharing funds.
Welcome to the ground floor. Welcome home.
