Coaches who join our Founders Club own an income-producing Eco-Lodge Suite at the Coconuts Performance Center — a real asset in a world-class destination, with naming rights and revenue sharing.
All Coaches will be featured on our groundbreaking reality docuseries, “Building the Coconuts,” which will document the mission of developing elite teenage baseball and softball prospects.

Baseball Coach
Teach elite fundamentals and player development to Filipino boys ages 8–18. Build the boys program from the ground up using Japan’s proven coaching methods.

Softball Coach
Build and lead the girls softball program from zero. Female coaches especially encouraged to apply. This is a rare opportunity to shape an entire women’s program from its very first day.

Physical Development
Strength Coach
Develop young Filipino athletes physically for elite performance. Create conditioning programs suited to the tropical environment and age-appropriate for youth players.

What We Provide
Everything You Need
to Focus on Coaching
Private room and three daily meals with a warm, vetted local host family. A genuine Filipino home experience included.
Our soup kitchen opens June 2026, giving coaches additional meal access throughout the day before the Performance Center opens.
Our permanent Coconuts Performance Center opens December 2026 with dedicated facilities, fields, and on-site coach housing.
Japanese nationals enter visa-free for 30 days, extendable up to 36 months without ever leaving the Philippines. No work permit required for volunteer coaches.
All coaches receive complimentary uniforms, including Bohol Coconuts t-shirts, hoodie long-sleeve shirts, jacket, short pants, athletic pants, and caps.
All coaches will have personal time to explore the island and enjoy adult recreation sports leagues, including softball, volleyball, and badminton.
